What should I expect during our consultation?

Your consultation will be 25-30 minutes. The consultation is $25 and will be applied to services if booked. This will be our opportunity to get to know you and your furry family member. We will discuss your pets routine such as eating habits, favorite things, medical concerns, vet information and any other questions or concerns you may have. This will also be the time that we fill out consent forms, contract, emergency contact information and payment.

How do I set up my appointment with you?

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, most credit cards (3% fee will be applied) and Paypal. Please know that there is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

How many visits do you provide per day? And what areas do you service

We will visit as many times as you see fit. However, if you are going to be on vacation or away for 24 hours we do suggest visiting 2-3 times per day for dogs and least once a day for cats and caged animals. Just let us know what works for you. 

We provide service to Brook Park, Berea, Middleburg Heights, Strongsville, North Olmsted, Olmsted Falls, Parma Heights, Seven Hills, Broadview Heights and Independence. Will consider additional areas but may require additional mileage cost. Typically $5/ each additional 10 miles.

How will I know how my pet did while I was away?

We can stay in touch through text, email or phone. Whatever you prefer. This will include how well they ate, exercise, walks, behavior and silly moments. We also love to take pictures and video of your pet. We'd love to send those to you during their stay. Sometimes we may overload you with these :)

What are the requirements to stay at Paws CLaws and moore?

All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered and up to date on all vaccinations.


 Dogs must have the required: Distemper, parvovirus, hepatitis, rabies and bordetella. 

 or must provide titers (within 2 yrs of testing) 

Cats must have the required:  Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calici Virus, and Panleukopenia Virus
